- Provide state and federal legislative and executive branch lobbying to advance client’s interests.
- Track and analyze legislation and administrative rules.
- Draft legislation and amendments, comments on proposed rules, and prepare specific position papers to achieve client goals.
- Develop strategic coalitions to advance the client’s position.
- Attend legislative and regulatory meetings/hearings on behalf of clients and provide timely updates.
- Arrange client meetings with key government officials and staff.
- Perform government affairs audits to assess the client’s policy development process, government affairs structure, political action fundraising capabilities, and general advocacy strengths/weaknesses. These audits can be modified to fit the client’s specific strategic objectives.
